Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions across the patient population. Perform physical exams, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide preventive care. Order and interpret appropriate labs and diagnostic studies. Document patient encounters accurately in NextGen EMR. Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure quality, timely patient care.
