Geospatial Analyst (Melbourne CBD and WFH) The suitable candidate will have the following key skills and competencies: Background in geospatial sciences Experience with GIS software – i.e. ArcMap, QGIS Proven experience in reviewing, editing and manipulating datasets Ability to interpret information and make recommendations Weekley reporting & demonstrated high level organisational skills Ability to learn new spatial awareness software programs LiDAR experience a bonusKey Role ResponsibilitiesManage Project Data in and out of system Review, edit, and manipulate datasets and to ensure overall quality of the information Utilise softwaqre programs and to visualise and format reports – i.e. ESRI ArcMap, Google Earth Carry out QA and data reporting activity for specific projects Monitor project specific data performance and qualityQualifications RequiredDegree in Geographic Information Systems, Science, Geography, Planning or equivalent GIS experience.
