Vuly has spent more than 15 years designing trampolines, swing sets and play equipment that families love in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Europe and Asia. Our North American business is growing fast, and we want someone who will make every sale more profitable. This isn’t a day-to-day operations job. Your mission is margin: track down every dollar that leaks out between the factory and the customer’s backyard, then stop the leak. You’ll have our in-house programming team to build what you design, plus direct backing from a local Operations Manager, our GM of Operations and Global COO. You’re free to dig into anything you like.

What you’ll do: Map the money: Break down every cost between product margin and final margin, and build a clear 12- and 24-month plan to win it back. Go after the big wins first: Find the highest-impact opportunities and see each one through before starting the next. Automate the pain away: Find the bottlenecks in fulfilment and hand our developers clear requirements to fix them. Negotiate hard: Own the relationships with 3PLs, freight carriers, installers and last-mile partners, and hold them to rate and service targets. Guard the spend: Audit freight bills, recover overcharges and keep operating costs under control. Own the tech stack: Look after integrations, APIs and order workflows, and be first on the scene when order flow breaks. Fix it for good: Resolve complex customer escalations, then make sure the same problem doesn’t happen again. What you’ll bring A track record of cutting cost or lifting margin in operations, logistics or supply chain Sharp financial and analytical skills Experience negotiating with 3PL, freight and carrier partners Ability to turn operational problems into clear specs for developers Comfort with order systems, integrations and APIs Focus and follow-through: you finish what you start Clear, proactive communication Availability for out-of-hours system issues when needed Nice to haveeCommerce, consumer products or bulky-item delivery experience LTL freight and installation network experience Experience with US and Canadian logistics Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement background Why VulyYour results show up directly in the bottom line Freedom to pull any thread and chase the answer.
