Candidates should have at least seven years of experience leading workers' compensation claims teams, including managing other leaders. Strong strategic and change-management capabilities, extensive technical knowledge of workers' compensation claims, and familiarity with policy wording and regulations are required. Experience with major losses, litigated cases, third-party administrators, and vendor relationships is essential. Adjuster licenses in multiple states are also required. Functions Operations
