Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities: Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning Study business performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities Produce monthly and quarterly variance reporting and walk leaders through the results Work with department heads to develop budgets and track progress toward targets Prepare executive presentations and reporting packages Evaluate proposed investments and initiatives with clear financial recommendations Guide and support junior analysts on technique and best practices Streamline reporting processes and improve data reliability Take on special projects and ad hoc analysis QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with BI or planning tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive) a plus Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Confident presenter who can explain numbers in plain language Able to work onsite in Columbus, OH What Our Client OffersFace-to-face access to the leaders who act on your analysis Onsite collaboration with a close-knit Columbus finance team A chance to mentor newer analysts and build leadership skills Involvement in investment decisions, not just recurring reports A culture where good questions are encouraged
