Biopharma Licensing & Strategic Transactions Associate

Clifford Chance US LLP seeks an associate with at least three years of experience to join its Life Sciences practice. The associate will focus on complex licensing, collaboration, and strategic transactions in the biopharma sector, working with partners and senior lawyers across the Life Sciences licensing and collaboration practice. There are opportunities to support M&A and related life sciences matters, and to develop a practice working with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
