Key responsibilities:
Facilitates a safe and productive learning environment by interacting directly with students and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner
Monitors course quality and provides feedback on student assignments while ensuring adherence to college policies
Pursues professional development opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness and maintain knowledge of industry trends
Required qualifications:
Earned terminal degree in Leadership, Higher Education, Research, or Community College
Minimum of 1 year of teaching and leadership experience in a formal educational setting, preferably in higher education
Demonstrated ability to develop online/virtual professional relationships
Evidence of professional research or creative endeavors relevant to the field
Experience with both traditional and non-traditional teaching formats
