Fusion Growth Partners is hiring a Partnerships Executive to prospect, present, and close new partner relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to high-earning real estate professionals. The role evolves into advisory and portfolio management, guiding growth and accountability across a partner book. As the business scales nationally, you can build your own division, recruit and train your team, and eventually lead a portfolio of partners with uncapped upside.
