FULFILLMENT SUPERVISOR - DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE

Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse team members while maintaining productivity, accuracy, attendance, and accountability. Oversee order picking, product inspections, staging, and delivery preparation. Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and picking errors. Coordinate workflow and priorities to meet changing delivery demands. Train employees on company safety policies, proper material handling, lifting procedures, and equipment operation. Enforce warehouse security and closing procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Monitor equipment use and maintenance and ensure merchandise and company property are properly accounted for. Promote teamwork, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience required; supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing operational demands. Commitment to workplace safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with employees across departments. Ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
