Customer Service Rep

Job Description: This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enters orders, and dispatches them to the appropriate service center. Job ResponsibilitiesLog for all incoming calls Hours 9am to 6pm Warehouse - cleaning of medical equipment Add new residents to existing LTC customer database as necessary Follow up on delivery of requested items Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues After-hours dispatching when scheduled Read and analyze documents such as customer orders Communicating with co-workers and customers alike Help with the training of employees Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions

Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Computer literacy is necessary Physical DemandsThe employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
