Financial Markets Associate Attorney

Financial Markets Associate Attorney Direct Counsel is seeking a Financial Markets Associate Attorney to join a prestigious national law firm in its Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of large law firm experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions, including reserve-based lending (RBL) financings. Candidates should be capable of handling sophisticated transaction structuring, drafting, and deal management responsibilities while maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
