CAAC Policy Lead Child Protection & Emergencies

UNICEF is seeking a Humanitarian Policy Specialist (CAAC) in New York to advance the Children and Armed Conflict agenda from a UNICEF policy perspective. Under supervision, you will provide technical expertise, engage with field, regional and HQ teams, and represent UNICEF in key fora, supporting policy, advocacy and inter‑agency engagement on protection and IHL issues. The role focuses on CAAC policy development, inter‑agency coordination, and high‑level engagement with UN bodies and Member
