Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Grind welds and fabricated parts to burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections. Utilize grinders, sanders, and other finishing equipment. Perform quality inspections on completed work. Maintain production standards and schedules. Follow safety requirements and proper equipment usage. Keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications:
Previous grinding or metal fabrication experience preferred.
Ability to use hand and power grinding tools.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
