Location: Janesville, WI
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Type: Temporary
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Trim Table Operators to join our team in Janesville. This position is responsible for sorting, trimming, inspecting, and preparing products while maintaining quality standards and a safe, organized work environment. No prior experience is required; training is provided for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a productive team.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and inspect materials on the trim table
- Trim and remove excess material as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
