Call Center Manager BathPlanet offers a stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvement to homeowners, commercial customers and consumers with accessibility needs. BathPlanet of San Antonio is looking to hire an experienced Call Center Manager. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Job duties include:
Schedule and confirm appointments
Hire, train and manage team of 18 Call Center Representatives
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
Customer Service
Manage sales reps schedules
Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
Qualifications:
Must have prior experience as a Call Center Manager
Exemplary customer service skills
Proficiency with technology and phone skills
High level of organizational skills and ability to manage a large team of call center agents
