Coordinate client check-ins/check-outs, payments, and follow-up appointments seamlessly.
Anticipate client needs—offering refreshments, making small thoughtful touches, and resolving issues with discretion.
Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth daily flow and exceptional service delivery.
Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and HIPAA standards at all times.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end aesthetic/medical spa environments.
Refined communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage clients confidently and warmly.
Professional, polished appearance that reflects our elevated brand image.
