Description: We are seeking a Managing Clinical Director in Behavioral Health for a full-time position based in New York, NY.This role requires overseeing mental and behavioral health programs, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate should have experience with general office applications and a background in clinical supervision.

Requirements: Experience in program management and clinical supervision. Advanced knowledge of psychopathology and differential diagnoses. Experience working with populations with mental health and substance abuse issues. Proficiency in individual counseling and group facilitation. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment. Familiarity with regulatory compliance for mental health services. Experience in managing productivity and staff scheduling.

Qualifications: Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Doctorate in Psychology (PhD).Two years of experience in program management. Three to five years of post‐graduate clinical experience. Two years of clinical supervision experience in a social service setting. Experience with PLWHA population and social service systems. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general office applications. Experience in Article 28 and Article 31 settings.
