What You'll Do:- Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals
- Sell AI-powered sales coaching software and recruiting solutions
- Build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Own and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpotPartner with recruiters while you stay focused on closing new business
- Help establish the sales playbook as an early member of the team
