Job Description: I'm partnering with a well-established national homebuilder to identify a talented National Strategic Sourcing Manager for a high-impact corporate leadership opportunity. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys driving enterprise-wide sourcing strategy, building strong supplier partnerships, and influencing procurement decisions across multiple operating divisions.
What You'll Do: Lead national and regional strategic sourcing initiatives Negotiate and manage supplier agreements with manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors Develop sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supply chain performance Partner with operational leaders to implement sourcing initiatives across multiple divisions Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement Manage rebate programs, supplier incentives, and contract renewals Serve as a key liaison between corporate leadership and field operations
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field 5–10 years of strategic sourcing experience
