Production Operator Production Associate / General Labor – 2nd Shift Pay: $19.00-$22.00/hour (based on position and experience)

Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:30 AM Interview: Onsite Note: Multiple openings available. Construction, carpentry, woodworking, landscaping, and general labor experience are welcome.

Position Summary: Inspect, repair, and finish doors to meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual quality inspections and identify defects.
Repair doors using hand tools, sanders, putty, Bondo, glue, and touch-up materials.
Read and follow work orders and specifications.
Sort, stack, and move door units throughout production.
Document rejects and communicate quality concerns.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing, construction, landscaping, carpentry, or related experience preferred.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and on a team.

Physical Requirements:

Lift, move, and flip doors up to 80 lbs.
Frequent standing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to work in a dusty, noisy environment with varying temperatures. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
