Campus Director: Mentoring & Retention Leader

Elevated Education seeks a Campus Director to lead the Guadalupe Dropout Recovery Learning Center inside the Boys & Girls Club. You will supervise teachers and mentors, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive student engagement and progress both in person and virtually. This hands-on role requires building community partnerships, expanding enrollment, coaching staff, auditing records, and maintaining a safe, well-run campus that supports students toward graduation.
