Real estate law firm is hiring an Attorney to join their midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate is an analytical professional with:7+ years of landlord-tenant litigation experience Condo/Co-Op representation, required Admission to the New York State BarStrong legal research and writing skills
Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of landlord-tenant matters from intake through resolution
- Assist with firm business development initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic legal guidance and support to landlords, condo/co-op boards and property owners
- Mentor and train paralegal staff in the landlord-tenant department
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed
