Position: Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $29.00/hrShifts Available: 1st shift

What You'll Be Doing: We're hiring immediately for Tooling Technician roles in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We're seeking a hands-on Tooling Technician to support production by ensuring molds and tooling are production-ready, well-maintained, and safely managed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, precision work, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities may include:* Clean, maintain, inspect, and store molds and tooling* Perform mold changeovers and configuration adjustments per production schedule* Troubleshoot tooling issues with processing and production teams* Repair and modify molds, jigs, fixtures, and equipment* Operate shop equipment such as: Surface Grinder, Bridgeport Mill, Lathe, Sandblast cabinet* Communicate with tooling vendors (local & global)* Maintain accurate tooling records, PMs, repairs, and inventory* Manage tooling supplies and spare components to minimize downtime* Help develop and document tooling changeover and assembly instructions* Train production staff on proper tooling care* Propose continuous improvement ideas (minimum 3 per year)* Follow and promote all safety standards* More duties may be assigned upon hire.

What You'll Need:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent* Experience: 1+ year of tooling, molding, or manufacturing experience* Ability to read: Blueprints and instructions* Micrometers, calipers, and measurement tools* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)* Valid forklift license required* Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb regularly* Lift: Up to 25 lbs regularly, Up to 50 lbs frequently, Up to 100 lbs occasionally* Work around moving machinery in a loud manufacturing environment
