Real Estate Paralegal Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with strong commercial real estate experience in a law firm environment. An ABA-approved paralegal certification is required.
Responsibilities:
- Support commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Prepare and review leases, contracts, closing documents, and related filings
- Conduct title, UCC, and other due diligence searches
- Manage closing checklists and transaction documentation
- Assist with entity formations, lease matters, and government filings
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel throughout transactions
Qualifications:
- ABA-approved paralegal certification
- Extensive commercial real estate experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
