About the Role:
CMB Solutions Inc is looking for a driven and motivated DME/HME salesperson to help enhance our resupply business. If you know the DME space, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by commission, we could be a great fit.
Roles:
Grow DME/HME resupply accounts
Build relationships with providers and referral partners
Drive recurring revenue through ongoing resupply needs
Qualifications: DME/HME sales experience (resupply preferred)
Self-motivated, reliable, and sales-driven
Compensation: 15% commission for the first 6 months
5% commission for the next 6 months
Requirements:
Prior experience in DME/HME, medical device, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
Established relationships with referral sources in the Indianapolis market is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
