Core Responsibilities:
Customer Service : Welcomes customers, takes orders, and builds positive relationships.
Beverage Preparation : Prepares handcrafted espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages to standard.
Food Handling : Warms and serves pastries, sandwiches, and other food items.
Cashier Duties:
Operates the POS system, handles cash, and processes digital payments.
Store Cleanliness : Washes dishes, sanitizes counters, sweeps floors, and mops floors, and takes out trash.
Inventory Stocking : Restocks pastry cases, coffee beans, cups, and condiments throughout the shift.
Teamwork : Communicates effectively with teammates to handle busy rushes smoothly.
