Site Security Automation Lead Richmond, VA | Quarterly Travel to Long Island, NYRelocation Assistance Available We are seeking a Site Security Automation Lead (SSAL) to serve as the local subject matter expert for industrial automation, controls, and OT systems. This is an Engineering and Automation role not a pure cybersecurity position.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support Allen-Bradley / PlantPAx automation and controls systems
Manage CapEx projects from planning through execution
Support day-to-day plant operations and ensure system reliability
Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team
Partner with the Managed Digital Services (MDS) team on OT cybersecurity activities
Apply company cybersecurity standards within the plant’s Operational Technology (OT) environment

What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in Automation & Controls Engineering
Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley / PlantPAxProven experience managing CapEx engineering projects
Understanding of industrial OT cybersecurity and cybersecurity standards
Experience supporting manufacturing/industrial operations and automation infrastructure
Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, and project execution skills

Ideal candidate: An experienced Automation/Controls Engineer who understands OT cybersecurity—not a cybersecurity specialist without hands-on industrial automation experience.

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Travel: Quarterly travel to Long Island, NY
