The Role:
You'll perform skin treatments and support the front desk as part of a small, high-touch team. Every patient gets your full attention in a private suite, never a rushed, high-volume schedule.
What You'll Do:- Perform treatments. You'll deliver skin treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser or energy-based treatments as trained.
- Support the front desk. You'll answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, check patients in and out, and respond to patient questions.
- Deliver a luxury experience. You'll create a calm, polished, discreet experience from the first call to the end of every appointment.
- Support results. You'll give clear aftercare guidance, recommend home care products, and help patients book their next visit.
- Keep accurate records. You'll document treatments and notes in our EMR after every appointment.
- Maintain standards. You'll follow protocols and keep your room and equipment in top condition.
- You Must HaveAn active Illinois esthetics license, held for at least 1 year
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Comfort with scheduling software and EMR charting, or the ability to learn quickly
- A polished, discreet presence that fits a luxury brand
Nice to Have:- Medical spa experience
- Experience with laser or energy-based devices
- Schedule2-3 hours per week Every other weekend is required.
- Compensation$19–$22 per hour, depending on experience
