Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, including logistics, planning, and inventory management, to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong team leadership abilities and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics to drive operational excellence across the organization.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Operations skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end processes in manufacturing or consumer products.
Candidates should possess expertise in Production Planning, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
Candidates should possess Procurement skills, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, cost management, and vendor performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, build KPIs, and drive decisions that improve efficiency and service levels.
Experience in organic, natural, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing, and familiarity with USDA organic or similar regulatory standards, is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and change management in a growth-oriented environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
