Injection Mold Process Technician

Duration: Full time/Direct HireCompensation: $30 - $36 per hourShifts: 2nd shift Monday - Friday (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd shift Sunday - Thursday (11pm -7am) Overtime as neededSUMMARY:Injection Mold Process Technician Process Technician will be responsible for installing molds, adjusting settings and troubleshooting processes to assist Production Department with running high quality parts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshooting issues in the injection molding processPreventive maintenance of injection mold toolingOperate forklifts and overhead cranes to move molds and equipmentAssist in starting, maintaining, and troubleshooting new molding processesFollow process set-up sheets and maintain recordsManage raw material drying/conveying systemsSwitching molds and auxiliary equipment during product line changeoversREQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:Strong mechanical aptitudeIn-depth knowledge of injection molding processAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyAble to work other departments in a team environment to resolve issuesEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:High School graduateFormal or on-the-job training and experience 5 years injection molding experience in manufacturing settingPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Walking, bending, stoopingOperating overhead crane and forkliftLifting 40+ lbs. and using appropriate equipment to manipulate/move molds Company Description Our recruiters are highly experienced in finding skilled craft professionals across construction, engineering, operations & maintenance, project services, commissioning and shutdown/outage needs.
