Community LeadThe Community Lead is the hands-on operations lead for the official Discord servers and Reddit communities that 33 USA runs for Japanese anime, manga, and game IPs in the North American market. Reporting to the Community Management Manager, you will build and maintain communities, run day-to-day moderation, communicate with members, execute engagement programs, and coordinate the contractors and part-time moderators assigned to your communities. This is not a social media posting or account management role; it is the day-to-day operation of the community itself — the place where fans interact with each other on an ongoing basis. You will know every channel, role, bot, and rule in your communities and be responsible for keeping them healthy, active, and safe for fans to participate in. Working with the Social Media Marketing and Creative teams, you will support the Community Management Manager in preparing client reporting and in raising the operational quality of 33 USA's Community Management service.
