Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients within the MedSurg unit. Monitor patient condition, assess needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Administer medications, maintain detailed documentation, and comply with all safety protocols. Educate patients and families on post-hospital care, maximizing recovery and wellbeing. Advocate for patient needs and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care. Strong clinical skills in a MedSurg setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
