We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and representing products they believe in.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the market, visiting dispensaries, connecting with retail teams, supporting events, and helping more consumers discover the brand.
What You'll Do:

Build strong relationships with dispensary managers, budtenders, and retail teams.
Educate retail employees and consumers on products, new launches, and what makes the brand different.
Coordinate and execute engaging in-store promotions and product demonstrations.
Increase brand awareness, consumer engagement, and product visibility.
Support sales initiatives by helping retail partners better understand and recommend products.
Gather feedback from dispensaries and consumers to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotions, events, and new product launches.
Track store visits, activities, and results while identifying opportunities to grow the brand's presence.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in brand ambassador work, field marketing, retail sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships.
An outgoing, energetic personality and a positive attitude.
The confidence to walk into a new location, introduce themselves, and start conversations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage their own schedule.
A willingness to travel throughout Metro Detroit and attend occasional events outside traditional business hours.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
The ability to work independently while representing the brand professionally.
Cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in CPG, food & beverage, alcohol, beverage distribution, experiential marketing, or other consumer brands are encouraged to apply.
