Responsibilities:
Supervise liability claims team across varying caseloads to ensure quality and speed
Promote and enforce GB's Best Practices in claims handling
Oversee hiring and training to develop talent and continuous improvement
Define team goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for efficiency
Leverage Gallagher's technology to boost team efficiency and service quality
Maintain professional client, carrier, and broker communication
Identify coaching opportunities and develop team members for advancement
Key requirementsHigh School Diploma
Minimum 7 years related claims experience
Licensed/certified in all states where claims are handled
Prior leadership experience (4 years)
Knowledge of all team member related functions
Nationwide jurisdictional experience preferred
