Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead our Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Dania Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader with a strong Marriott background and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
What You'll Do:- Display strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
- Lead and develop department heads while fostering a positive workplace culture
- Drive guest satisfaction scores, revenue growth, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company expectations
- Maintain a highly visible leadership presence throughout the hotel
- Resolve operational challenges while delivering exceptional guest experience.
What We're Looking For:- Hotel leadership experience within the Marriott brand
- A minimum of 2 years in your current leadership role (mandatory requirement) Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
- Proven success leading hotel operations, improving guest satisfaction, and achieving financial goals.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Hands-on management style with a visible presence throughout the hotel
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Must currently reside in South Florida and be within a reasonable commuting distance of Dania Beach, FLLocation Requirement
