Pay: $125,000- 135,000+/yr + performance-based annual bonus

Job Description: The Digital Commerce & Operations Manager will oversee online business operations, improve digital capabilities, and lead initiatives that connect technology, customer experience, and business performance. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, technical aptitude, and a hands-on approach to solving problems and building scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize digital sales channels, including pricing, product information, platform updates, and performance. Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience. Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of business software and digital tools. Improve operational workflows through process automation and systems integration. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service delivery, business processes, and operational performance. Manage customer communications and feedback channels to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications: Demonstrated experience managing digital commerce operations with measurable business results. Experience implementing or integrating business software and technology platforms. Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including familiarity with systems, data, and automation. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and execute in a hands-on environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience with eCommerce platforms, enterprise systems, and process automation preferred. Prior experience in a small or mid-sized operating environment is a plus.

Additional Details: Full-time, onsite position. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
