Instructional Designer

Work Location: Ocoee, FL 34761

Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, job aids, lesson plans, and facilitator guides Apply ADDIE/SAM and adult learning principles to build blended, virtual, and instructor-led programs Partner with SMEs to translate technical and operational content into clear learning objectives Build storyboards and prototypes, run pilot tests, and publish courses to the LMS Design knowledge checks and assessments to measure training effectiveness

Required / Preferred Skills: Hands-on expertise in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) – Required Strong knowledge of ADDIE/SAM, adult learning theory, and curriculum development – Required Adobe Creative Cloud and advanced MS Office/PowerPoint – Required LMS publishing experience (SCORM/xAPI) and training delivery (ILT/VILT) – Required Portfolio of e-learning work, UX for learning, and public sector experience – Preferred

Education: Bachelor ’s Degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of Training (including course development and delivery) experience.
