Senior Project Manager Responsibilities: Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, pricing, staffing, and resource allocation with management and Account teams. Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies while adapting project plans to changing priorities and competing deadlines. Develop estimates, forecasts, and resource plans; manage scope changes and monitor project financial performance. Facilitate status meetings, scrums, and client meetings while coordinating cross-functional teams and resource needs. Maintain project documentation, quality standards, and PMO processes; identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support workflow improvements.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. At least 4 years of project management experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
