Senior Living PMHNP: Hybrid Onsite & Telehealth

AllCare.ai is seeking a part-time PMHNP-BC clinician to provide on-site and telehealth behavioral health services in Assisted Living/RCFE communities across Inland Empire, CA. You will perform psych evaluations, follow-ups, med initiation and titration, while coordinating with PCPs, facilities, families and our concierge team. The role emphasizes same-day EMR documentation, regulatory compliance, and staff education to support safety and de-escalation.
