Job Description:
Job Description Are you high-energy, style-conscious, and passionate about helping others launch exciting, creative careers? As our Admissions Specialist, you will be the face and voice of our beauty school. This is a consultative sales and relationship-building role where you will connect with prospective students, guide them through our school, and help them take the first step toward becoming licensed beauty professionals. If you love the beauty industry, thrive on meeting goals, and enjoy motivating others, we want to hear from you!
Company Description:
Beauty Theory Academy is a new kind of beauty school—focused on preparing students for more than just a license. We believe great beauty professionals need more than technical skills. They need confidence, professionalism, creativity, communication skills, and an understanding of how to build a successful career. We’re creating a supportive, hands-on learning environment where students are encouraged to learn, grow, and discover what they’re capable of. As a new and growing academy, we’re building our culture from the ground up—and we’re looking for team members who want to be part of that journey. We’re passionate about education, the beauty industry, and helping people turn their talents into careers.
