Information Technology Support Technician

Location: Dayton, OH

Duration: Long Term Contract

Role Overview: We are looking for an Installation Specialist to handle on-site setup and support of Medical devices across healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically skilled, and comfortable working in dynamic healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities: Travel for device installations. Install and configure the medical device. Ensure correct placement of mats for accurate performance. Set up and troubleshoot basic networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers).Test systems and resolve installation issues. Provide basic training to on-site staff. Maintain documentation of installations and service reports.

Requirements: Willingness to travel. Experience in hardware/equipment installation. Basic networking knowledge. Strong troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
