Accounts Payable Specialist – Coupa
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Pay: $25–$29/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00/9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hybrid: 4 days onsite | Fridays remote

Temp-to-PermWe are hiring two Accounts Payable Specialists for a large, growing organization in Fort Lauderdale. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced AP professional who is comfortable working in a high-volume environment and has hands-on experience using Coupa. The ideal candidate has solid Accounts Payable experience, good job stability, strong attention to detail, and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with an established organization.
Responsibilities:
- Process and review vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Manage invoices and approvals through Coupa
- Perform three-way matching and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Research payment and vendor account issues
- Assist with vendor setup and maintenance
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items
- Ensure invoices have proper coding, documentation, and approvals
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding AP questions
- Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation
- Assist with additional Accounts Payable functions as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience
- Hands-on Coupa experience strongly preferred
- Experience processing invoices in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of AP processes and invoice workflow
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Stable employment history preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale Monday–Thursday
