Spa Reservations & Guest Experience Lead

SPIRE Hospitality is seeking a Spa Reservations Associate at our West Branch resort to deliver exemplary guest service. You will handle spa bookings, assist in check-in/out and provide information on facilities while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include coordinating with spa departments, supporting the club memberships, assisting in retail and juice bar operations, and liaising with other resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Fluency in English required.
