About the Opportunity:
WinChoice is a custom factory-direct manufacturer of replacement vinyl windows. Ourproven sales system helps representatives close more than half of their appointments. Weprovide qualified, pre-screened leads so you can focus on what you do best—helpinghomeowners improve their homes. We are committed to continuous improvement, exceptional customer experience, andproviding our sales TEAM with the tools and training needed to succeed.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to improve
- Ability to build rapport and connect with homeowners
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to follow a proven sales process
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within a 150-mile territory, meeting face-to-face at potentialcustomers' homes
- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays (weekend nights not required)
- Basic technology skills (iPad, software, and training provided)
