Job Title: Oven Flamer

Pay: $16.00 per hour to start
Schedule: Monday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM; Tuesday Friday, 6:30 AM 3:30 PM
Job Summary: Allegiance Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking candidates for an Oven Flamer position at a manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, able to work in a fast-paced production environment, and comfortable standing for most of the shift. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate oven/flaming equipment safely and correctly
  • Flame and treat cups as part of the production process
  • Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or issues
  • Follow production instructions and maintain a steady work pace
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Follow all company safety rules and procedures
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production or equipment issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work Monday Friday
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environmentAbility to follow safety procedures and work instructions
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience
  • Experience working with machinery or production equipment
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentAbility to learn new equipment and processes quickly
  • Dress Code:
  • Long pants with no holes or rips
  • Plain T-shirt
  • Tennis shoes
