Supervise and manage flooring installer crews on commercial job sites Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA safety regulations Must maintain current OSHA 30 certification Conduct daily jobsite inspections and address any installation or safety issues Clock in and out daily using Buildertrend Complete daily reports in Buildertrend, including progress updates, manpower, jobsite issues, and completed work Take and upload daily jobsite photos to Buildertrend Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution Verify materials, equipment, and manpower are available for scheduled work Ensure installer crews maintain professionalism and productivity on all job sites Identify and communicate any delays, change orders, or field issues immediately Maintain clean and organized job sites Attend jobsite meetings as required Take job site inventory
