Senior Quality Analyst

Key responsibilities: Lead quality reviews of program deliverables and resolve complex findings with delivery owners Design and maintain executive dashboards and visual reports to represent program performance and customer outcomes Translate complex data into concise narratives for senior leadership, explaining changes and their business impact

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality management, information systems, data analytics, project management, or a related field At least 7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, PMO, or performance analytics, including 3 years developing executive dashboards Strong command of quality assurance practices, including root-cause analysis and performance measurement Expertise in data visualization and storytelling, particularly with executive dashboards and presentations Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
