This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep roofing experience, strong safety knowledge, and a track record of managing crews and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily job site activities and ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met
- Lead and mentor foremen and crews, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct safety audits, enforce OSHA compliance, and lead toolbox talks
- Maintain accurate documentation, daily logs, and client communication
- Participate in inspections, change order reviews, and project close-out
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (Superintendent experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and other commercial systemsOSHA 30 certification preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using project tracking tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
- Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions
