Key Responsibilities: Strip rooms, remove dirty linen and trash, and support room attendants as needed. Restock housekeeping carts, linen closets, storage areas, and supplies. Deliver guest-request items such as towels, pillows, blankets, amenities, and other supplies. Move linen, carts, trash, furniture, rollaway beds, and housekeeping equipment safely. Assist with public-area cleaning, deep cleaning, and special housekeeping projects. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, damaged items, or unusual conditions to a supervisor. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly. Communicate professionally with guests and team members.

Requirements: Prior housekeeping, cleaning, hotel, janitorial, warehouse, or utility experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move supplies, carts, linen, trash, and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team. Professional attitude and guest service mindset. Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays. Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
