Senior Corporate Counsel - Governance, Real Estate & Transactions

Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide high-level legal support to the Corporation and its subsidiaries. The Senior Corporate Counsel focuses on contract negotiation and enforcement, real estate and transactional support, litigation supervision, corporate governance, subsidiary management, shareholder matters, and ANCSA compliance. Responsibilities include advising the board and leadership, drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate agreements,
